Seafood Trainee is the first Norwegian Seafood Trainee program for recent graduates, or new employees. It is organized for the industry by The Seafood Innovation Cluster. The program is a combination of a job in a seafood company, and an academic program of twelve days spread over four modules in Norway, Brussels and Paris.

The program consists of four elements:

 1. Your day-to-day work will be for one of the participating companies’

 2. You will be assigned a mentor in the company with experience from the industry

 3. You will participate in four academic modules in Norway, Brussels and Paris

 4. You will become part of Seafood Trainee Alumni Network
